📦 Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns only under the following conditions:
  • The item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚚 How to Request a Return

  • Provide clear pictures of the product showing the defect/damage or wrong item received.
  • We will review your request and, if approved, guide you on how to return the item.

🔁 Return Approval

  • Once we receive your return request:
  • We will verify your case with  our wearhouse team.
  • If the return is approved, you may either receive a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability.
  • Note: Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind orders.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Personal care products, innerwear, or hygiene-related products.

⚡ Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is processed without any penalty.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
